SHIPPING POLICY:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING offer is available only in the continental U.S. Our FREE SHIPPING program is parcel post and can take up to 9 days to arrive. If you need your item faster please select the standard shipping option at checkout and pay the additional fee. FREE SHIPPING does not include special delivery options (such as scheduled appointment, help loading or unloading heavy items, a request for a lift gate or additional freight charges required by the receiver. Those additional charges are not included in the free shipping offer. Special requests, faster shipping and choice of a specific service is available for an additional fee. 1. Free Economy Shipping · Can take up to 9 business days to arrive. · Least expensive option. · Tracking is not always available.
For a small additional fee we offer 2. USPS Priority Mail / FedEx Ground · Usually arrives in less than 4 business days. (Most continental U.S. locations) · More expensive shipping option. · Tracking is always available at each step of the shipping process. 3. One day or overnight shipping must be handled via email .
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship FREE to any international location or Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, APO/FPO Addresses, PO Boxes and all addresses located off the continent of North America. We use a global shipping program which lets some of our suppliers handle all of the shipping for any of these locations on some of our web-sites.  Incidental, customs and other surcharges or fees may be charged by the postal service in your home country.  We do not pay these charges or refund postal costs.
DAMAGES IN SHIPPING
Some items are damaged during shipping. This is not common, but it happens. If an item is received in an obviously damaged package or box, please indicate that when signing for the item.  Contact us vial email (scott@casters-sales.com) and all of our packages are insured so we will replace your order and file a claim if the procedure is followed.
