Hand Trucks and Casters will make exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:
If we make an error on your order we will pay the return shipping and refund the full amount of your order plus the cost of your return shipping or replace the item and pay all the associated costs.
If you decide that you did not purchase the correct product, made a mistake or no longer want an item (within 30 days of receipt) we will authorize a refund for the purchase price minus actual shipping costs, but we will not pay the return shipping.
No Refunds will be provided on oversize items (Larger than 45" in Length) such as: Ramps, Walk Ramps, Dock Plates, Curb Ramps, Slider Ramps or any Special Order Items for buyer’s remorse. Each listing that has a no refund policy includes a "No Refunds" statement in the listing. Please check the sizes, weights and dimensions carefully before ordering oversize items.
We will not issue a refund if the item has visible (customer caused) damage or signs of misuse. We suggest you take a photo of all return items and send it to us via email at (firstname.lastname@example.org) as you pack them up for the return.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the product without any penalty. If the item you need is more or less expensive than the incorrectly ordered item, you may send us a sample of your old product and we will match it and make the exchange for the actual difference in the listed price on our web-site.
Returned products for buyer's remorse must be in original condition (not used, not installed, and not damaged with all original packaging material included).
Some items are damaged during shipping. This is not common, but it happens. If an item is received in an obviously damaged package or box, please indicate that when signing for the item. Then contact us at 800-235-7719 for replacement information.
